We can only take payment from a UK debit or credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Switch.
We do not take payment for your order when you confirm the details online. This is done when your order is processed. If delivery is delayed as a result of problems gaining payment authorisation, or for any other reason, we will notify you by email.
Delivery options are available for UK mainland and Northern Ireland addresses. We can also deliver to addresses in Southern Ireland but we may require additional information to verify the address.
The ‘up to 4 working days’ delivery option is by Royal Mail Special Delivery. This requires a signature to accept the goods and takes 2–4 working days.
We can’t specify an exact time of day for your delivery. If you are not available to accept the goods, they will be returned to your local sorting office and a calling card will be left with details of how you can collect or rearrange the delivery.
In the case of a Royal Mail strike we will seek alternative delivery options to ensure you receive your goods within the specified timeframes.
