Want to return your New Connection order?

You can change or receive a full refund for any product you buy from us in accordance with our 14-day exchange policy.

A product must be returned in ‘As New’ condition and in all its original packaging.

To arrange a return, please call our Sales Response Team on 08700 770 020. They will give you a Returns Identification Number and the returns address.

A returned product remains your responsibility until it is received by v-store.co.uk. If you post a handset or any other high-value product, we recommend that you use a Royal Mail premium service that tracks the goods or requires a signature on delivery.

You can change or receive a full refund for any product you buy from us in accordance with our 14-day exchange policy.

Refunds

If we received the returned product within 14 days of the date your order was delivered, we will refund the cost of the product.

All refunds exclude the cost of delivering your order and the cost of returning the product to us.

Once we have received the returned product we will raise a credit note and this will be used to make a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 days for this process to be completed.


Why your order may not be accepted

There are several reasons why your order may not be accepted, such as

  • You do not have sufficient funds on your debit/credit card
  • Your card and billing details don’t match the ones you provide when you place your order

If your order is not accepted, we will notify you by email.
