What if I go over my allowance?

Some months you may need to do a bit more calling, texting or browsing than usual. If this means you exceed the allowance in your price plan, the following charges will apply.

(These prices are per minute. All calls are charged per second, with a one minute minimum call charge.)

* - From 11 October 2011 to 2 January 2012 we are running promotion whereby 0800, 0808 and 0500 numbers are charged at 5.83p a minute and 0845 and 0870 numbers are charged 10p a minute (excluding VAT). A one minute minimum call charge applies to these numbers.
