Minutes and texts

Like other UK businesses, we sometimes have to put up our charges or change our services during your contract. If this happens, we'll tell you beforehand. You can read more about this in sections 7a and b in the applicable airtime conditions. If you're a business customer we cover this in section 13.2 of the General Terms.

This plan includes unlimited minutes to UK mobiles and landlines (starting 01, 02, 03), and unlimited standard UK texts. We charge all standard UK calls in your minutes allowance (including voicemail) by the second, with a one minute minimum call charge.

Internet calling

For plans that include internet calls (VoIP): This plan allows you to use your internet allowance to make calls over the internet, like Skype. Internet calls must be for personal, non-commercial use only. For plans that include 3 month Data Test Drive: All our services that are unlimited (or similar), internet calling and the 3 Month Data Test Drive must only be used for your personal and non-commercial use. What if I go over my allowance or my allowance doesnt include internet calls? Below is what you'll only pay if you go over your monthly allowance, or if your plan allowance doesnt include any of the services listed below. These charges are subject to a one minute minimum call charge and then charged by the second. Charges for minutes are shown by the minute.

Using your phone abroad

Take your UK price plan with you to Europe for just £2.50 (exc. VAT) a day with Vodafone EuroTraveller. We'll take the minutes, texts and internet you use from your monthly allowance - and only charge you on the days you use it.

Opt in and out whenever you want. Just choose the Vodafone EuroTraveller extra at the checkout or call 5555 from your Vodafone mobile.

Vodafone One Net Express

Youll get One Net Express included with this plan  which gives you a virtual landline number on your mobile. So customers get the confidence of calling a number thats local to them, and you'll never need to miss a business call.

Ending your Pay monthly plan early

If you decide to end your Pay monthly plan before the minimum period's up, youll still need to pay the line rental to the end of this minimum period. This wont apply if we end the agreement ourselves, or you end it under clause 11b of the Airtime Conditions. In these situations you may still need to make a payment for your mobile device.

You'll only pay extra if you go over your monthly allowance, or if this allowance doesnt include any of the services listed below. We've shown these additional charges by the minute.
