Designed by our competition winner in partnership with the TATE Gallery - the Vodafone Smart II TATE edition brings art and technology together. You can be the proud owner of a limited edition phone - with only 1000 individually numbered phones available, you'll stand out from the crowd. The designer was inspired by his interest in exploring energy, movement and motion of the body and wanted to see how this could be shown through the use of light. We'll help you find the apps you love

Whether you want to get football reports, watch the news or draw pictures for your friends, the Vodafone App Select widget on your Smart II's homescreen will cherry pick some exciting new apps for you. Or if you'd prefer, you can go straight to the Google Play Store to choose from more than 450,000 apps yourself (mostly for free). You'll also find your Smart II comes pre-loaded with a whole range of Google services. So you can start using things like Gmail, Google Maps and YouTube as soon as you get it.

Stay sociable on the move with the Smart II

Love to Tweet? Catch up on all the latest chat from your friends and favourite celebs in an instant, with the Twitter app already built in to your Smart II. However you want to stay in touch with friends and family, the Smart II makes it easy. With a special Swype feature, you can type Facebook updates, Tweets and instant messages even quicker. Simply drag your finger across the screen to join up the letters you want, and your Smart II will guess what you're trying to type. Staying in touch with friends doesn't get much simpler than that.
