Take your home plan abroad
Each April, your plan price will increase by an amount equal to the RPI rate published in March of that year. We'll publish this rate on our website
When you've chosen your phone and plan, if you're a new customer we'll run a credit check to make sure it's the right fit for you. We won't need to do this if you're an existing customer who's upgrading. You'll need to be over 18 years old to apply for a Pay monthly contract.
If you're not happy with your order, you can return it to us for a full refund within 30 days.
If you're joining us from another network, it's easy to transfer your number to your new phone. When you receive your new device, simply fill in the online form to move your number.
You can upgrade your plan from 3 months into your contract, to a plan of equal or greater value. There'll be a fee based on the value of the phone and the number of days remaining on your original contract. (Flexible upgrades don?t apply if you bought from a third party, such as Carphone Warehouse.)
